FUNDAMENTAL
Fundamental Level 1
Fundamental is the entry level in N2 which is open for all newcomers and current students who want to build a strong base.

Informational and Theoretical Course
For those who have no experience in any sports or relevant experience in any bodyweight training or,
For those who want to have some light stretching and simple workout.

Including some gently stretching and basic bodyweight muscles training.
- Introduction of all poses, which will be used in future at Fundamental 2, with explanations in detail.


FUNDAMENTAL
Fundamental Level 2
Fundamental is the entry level in N2 which is open for all newcomers and current students who want to build a strong base.

Practical and intense Course
- For those who have completed Fundamental 1, or already have basic knowledge/experience in sports, or frequent fitness participant.
- Intense muscles and flexibility training in different flows.
- Muscles endurance training

POLE
Pole Routine
Routine based, teaching according to students’ level

# It is compulsory for all new Pole students to also enroll Fundamental course in N2.
# Student is only allowed to join another course with pole after passing the assessment with our Instructor.

CONCENTRATION
Splits
Concentration is the primary level in N2, for students who want to focus on some particular aspects or profession.
* Starting from Concentration level, courses will include quite a certain amount of high-difficulty exercises; we do not recommend students to overrate him/her abilities as it might cause injuries.

- Deep and intense stretching in different split forms, including two front splits, pancakes, middle split and hip opening.
- Legs mobility is also a major part in this course.

Basic requirements: being able to sit properly in straddle form with leg straight and back straight.

CONCENTRATION
Backbends
Concentration is the primary level in N2, for students who want to focus on some particular aspects or profession.
* Starting from Concentration level, courses will include quite a certain amount of high-difficulty exercises; we do not recommend students to overrate him/her abilities as it might cause injuries.

- Deep and intense stretching to open your back from your neck, shoulders, chest, mid back to lower back.

Basic requirements: being able to press up to bridge from floor for 10 seconds.

CONCENTRATION
Core & Handbalancing Training
Concentration is the primary level in N2, for students who want to focus on some particular aspects or profession.
* Starting from Concentration level, courses will include quite a certain amount of high-difficulty exercises; we do not recommend students to overrate him/her abilities as it might cause injuries.

- Strengthening training in cores
- Different arm/hand balancing poses will be taught in this course.
- Shoulder mobility training is also a major part in this course.

Basic requirements: being able to do 3 standard push-ups in a row.

COMBINATION
Handstand
Combination is the intermediate level in N2, students have to reach specific requirements to join this course.

- You will learn and practice to hold two arms handstand in different shape, such as Full straight HS, Tuck HS and Straddle HS.
- Endurance practice is also a major part.
- weight shifting, legs movement in HS, one arm HS preparation would also be taught according to the level of the student and improvement.

Requirements:
being able to kick up and jump up into handstand form against the wall.

COMBINATION
Mongolian Contortion
Combination is the intermediate level in N2, students have to reach specific requirements to join this course.

- Different Contortion flow will be taught including bridges shape variations, cheststand, chinstand, two hands crocodile and forearm stand in contortion form.
- Some preparation for Contortion HS might be included according to students’ level.
- Back and shoulder strengthening is also a major part of this course.

Requirements:
* being able to get into and hold cheststand/chinstand without any assistance at least 10 sec.
* being able to do full bridge or finger to the heels holding for at least 10 sec.
* being able to do bridge walking for 10 metres.
* being able to go into bridge from standing and come back.

PERFECTION
Handbalancing Contortion
Perfection is the highest level in N2 course structure, students have to reach ALL specific requirements to join this course.

- This course is the highest level in N2 which requires students have a certain level of mobility and also muscles awareness.
- Extreme deep stretching and muscles training will be occurred often in this course.
- Contortion HS, One arm HS in n both straight and Contortion form, HS press ups in both straight and Contortion form, HS push ups in both straight and Contortion form will be practiced in this course.

~We strongly recommend student also take Mongolian Contortion class to master the mobility, relevant skills and techniques as Hand balancing Contortion class basically is inseparable from Mongolian Contortion.

Requirements:
*being able to get into and hold handstand and forearm stand in any shape without any assistance for at least 15 sec.
*being able to get into and hold two hands crocodile without any assistance for at least 15 sec.
*being able to get into and hold cheststand/chinstand without any assistance for at least 15 sec.
*being able to do at least one split and forehead to the floor in pancake.
*being able to do 10 standard push-ups in a row.
